These Terms of Service govern your use of the FITOS platform operated by FITOS LLC. By opening an account you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
FITOS is available to US-registered businesses, including LLCs, corporations, sole proprietorships, and non-resident-owned US LLCs. You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification.
Nature of services
FITOS is a financial technology company and is not a bank. Banking services, including deposit accounts, are provided by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC. Your use of banking services is also subject to the partner bank's account agreements.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, for all activity under your account, and for using the services in compliance with applicable laws.
Fees
Applicable plan fees are described on our Pricing page. No minimum balance is required and you may change or cancel your plan at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FITOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Regulatory disclosure
FITOS is a financial technology company and is not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services are provided by Sutton Bank, Member FDIC. FDIC deposit insurance covers the failure of an insured bank. FDIC insurance is available for funds on deposit through Sutton Bank, Member FDIC. Certain conditions must be satisfied for pass-through FDIC insurance to apply.
